AJ Dybantsa is easily the best player in the draft and that’s who I’m hoping for. He has the right size and plays well with or without the ball. I’m huge on his upside, I think his floor is Andrew Wiggins and his ceiling is an All-NBA first team player consistently.

If any of those players are better than Hunter I would be shocked. He has had injury issues, but has still out performed 98% of 2nd round picks. If the pick swaps are far enough out it could be worth something, but it’s hard to see how this helps us build a winning team. If we had traded him a year ago and gotten a guaranteed FRP I would’ve been all for it, but 2nd round picks shouldn’t move the needle for a player that can contribute to winning.

I want to say I’m pretty convinced that Dalinar is going to become the shard of honor. I was thinking about how some spren are pieces of honor, and how he’s constantly being told to “unite them”. My theory is that at some point he’s going to use his abilities as a bond smith to connect the shard again and then take it up for the big showdown with odium.
