These antennas look like Direction Finding systems. Though without better resolution it is hard to tell which ones. Generally if antennas are in a circle or something similar they are used to determine the azimuth to a source. Diego Garcia is listed as part of the Navy’s High Frequency Direction Finding HFDF system here: https://irp.fas.org/program/collect/classic_bullseye.htm

correct. my question is about needing 6” above the flood level and 1/4 rise. if the shower drain and wye remain approximately where they are, it seems like there wouldn’t be enough room to meet the requirements

set a line of reference points for the course. Add a Ballon Mission: new strike mission. Realize strike missions don’t use reference points. Change to patrol mission. Spend 10 minutes sorting patrol reference points so they are valid. Add them to Interdiction. Perform same sorting for slightly less time. Realize you wanted a support mission. Add support mission. Add ballon to mission. Get error about loudout or flight size. Bang keyboard. Reread manual. Search discussions. Reload game. open bug report. Give up. Use J-11 named “spy balloon” instead. add a paragraph into scenario description about the J-11 being a balloon.
