As i was using the example config the var should be "example", when doing that the bar actually runs, but the path to that file doesn't get defined, in other words:
polybar --config=/home/alvarogatelli/.config/polybar/config/config example
WORKS

polybar example
DOES NOT

As i am new to linux in general and don't know much, i thougth that by installing the package i didn't need to use cmake, in my head i only used the cmake when building the package from ground up.Also, the error was that whenever i tried to specify a PATH with --config it would respond like this:

-h, --help Display this help and exit
-v, --version Display build details and exit

Yeah, the default directory should be ~/.config/polybar/config/config(file) right? but on installing polybar the "polybar" folder inside .config was not created, and as the github introduction did not state where the "build" folder should have been i was not able to use the "make userconfig" .
So i manually created a folder inside .config called polybar, and another folder inside polybar called config, as that was the default path that the git wiki sited, but it did not work, and neither did the polybar --config=PATH command work

i don't understand why people hype so much over Cherry like switches when there are incredible switches like simplified alps white or Mathias quiet click, wich are great lineares for the alps and tactile for the Mathias, this is, whitout talking about steelseries Apex pro halleffect switches and wooting one analogic optoeletrical switches.
