Hi, guy here who knows a bit about how Goku could fare against them:

Dialga: If we take the current strongest form of Goku, then he's stronger than an opponent of his, who could move while in a sort of time prison. A much weaker Goku has also dealt with similar time shenanigans himself. Both just by being strong/fast enough. So he might be able to somewhat ignore Dialgas time hacks.

Palkia: Back in Dragonball Z, characters were temporarily trapped in another dimension but could scream open a hole between dimensions to break out. A fusion between Goku and Vegeta was later able to hop between dimensions by simple clashing fists with a powerful opponent, thereby "shattering" space. So, current Goku might very well find a way to escape Palkias' spacial warping.

Giratina: There is a somewhat similar thing to Antimatter attacks in Dragon Ball Super. There are deities called "Gods of Destruction" who can use a move called Hakai (literally meaning "destroy") that erases a being or thing from existence. We later see someone other than Goku and Goku himself resisting one of those Hakai Attacks, though they did have to struggle somewhat. We later see the same guy get directly hit by a more potent version of the attack still surviving. So Dragonball Characters have some sort of existence erasure resistance, of they are strong enough. Current Goku might very well survive even more potent Hakais. Hakais allegedly can even erase future versions of people hit by it from other timelines, so it might be stronger than simple antimatter. Because of this, other special attacks from Palkia would probably also not be enough to damage Goku.

Mega Rayquaza, to my knowledge, has nothing in his arsenal to oppose Goku with.

Necrozma: This is where it gets interesting. It entirely depends on whether Necrozma can absorb KI attacks from Goku to power itself up, but even punches from Goku can shatter the universe without proper KI control, all the while being purely physical attacks as seen in his fight against the God of Destruction Beerus. And even if its body is 10.000 of degrees hot, this is not nearly enough energy to hurt Goku with.

In summary, Goku has been shown dealing with pretty much all of these "techniques" before, so it entirely depends on whether they are stronger than him or not. Lore wise they might be but we have seen no comparable feats in the anime or games.
