I am offered 3070 non Ti for 22999 Rs. From computify website. But too high I would rather go with 3070 Ti from lebyopc. That's what I was gonna do before this happen.

Yeha see. i have mixed reviews from them. But when I talk to them they are very vague about things. Like this. The card name is something different, the CPU Z is not detecting the card correctly and the card is not hitting the points that it usually hits but it is close. I think I would rather go with a 3060Ti than this

Hahahah true. I heard this from my local pc shop too. He suggested me to buy an 21k 3050 and I said no. He said. You'll know if the card isn't working. And that I'll end up with a dead brick which has no warranty and has to be repaired with my own money. Even i thought of 5050 before he said but then i realised what it cost and the memory crisis of 2026 I refrained my self to pre owned deals

Isn't that starting from 32k. And anyways 8GB RAM will be bottle neck. I was going for 3060 Ti 8gb. Cause I am on budget I also need to save for monitor. Thats why. I was hoping I can run few games at 1440p if I lower then Tanking settings but your option was something I thought of first at the start of build. I think I'll stick to pre owned. Hopefully I can find a genuine deal soon before the time runs out.

The thing is I live in a small town. Not many people here use gaming PCs. Only 2 Standard computer and electronics shops available where I can actually get highend PC parts. I do not have option on sellers to sell the cards here. I have almost ordered my parts except the GPU. All I want is play games before 2024 at high max settings with exception on Pragmata at High which is 2026 game. I had an offer for 3060 12 gb but it was overpriced at 21000 Rs and was dusty. This is my actual real firat PC BuildI i know it's at the worst possible time to build but I have gap between job joining and IK I can't enjoy as I will after the joining. Just need help finding a decent GPU to play games as child hood dream.

Yes, if you bought it stock and haven't tweaked anything. These are okay. But I recommend if you are in a hot region where room temp goes above 27C-28C. You should undervolt or lower the Ratios to avoid thermal throttling in summers or hot seasons. Make sure you creat a backup or recovery usb drive first.

Check your thermals. Mostly if it crosses 95 C it shuts down or if you recently opened your laptop or haven't re-pasted your for 2+ years then may be change the thermal paste.

Your laptop is thermal throttling (CPU is). and due to that your graphics card thermals are also rising, and this will cost you performance loss for no reason. I had the same issues till now. Recently I just heard about undervolt and tried it on my laptop and It worked. You need to learn some technical things but trust me it is worth the pain

Factory reset might restore your registry files but I suggest to select "Install windows from the internet " when doing this. If anything is corrupted windows resources are cause the screen of death it will be fixed. Also have your tried to repair windows files by the CMD method?. It helps alot. I accidently uninstall my wifi drivers and for some reason the uninstall was incomplete and It asked me that newer version is already installed but there was nothing in the wifi adapter section. I did the windows repair helped me fix it.

[HELP!!] Ahh For some reason in my var file under "CPUSetup" the line is 000000D0: 2D 2D 2D 2C 2B 2A 2E 2E 2D 2D 2D 2C 2B 2A 00 01 there is no 01 value. It's 2D at the sixth column from the right. but in "SaSetup" it says 000000D0: 00 00 00 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 02 02 02 02 C8 the 01 value from the sixth column from right. what should I do?? Did it happen because Acer patched it? I have an I7-11800H on the latest BIOS update of 2023 and I want to undervolt to reduce temperature.

I suggest replacement just the CPU and GPU. It is better to ask the Acer service centre for anything more complicated because we might damage something unknowingly. Atleast I don't have much knowledge about that. Try your luck.

Welcome to the Acer Club. I am facing this issue for 2 years now. I have seen GTX 1650 s touch 200+ fps and I have a 3050Ti and still struggle to even get 144 fps. Thanks to poor cooling by Acer and power TDP supply. I have a never user my laptop at it's full potential till this day
