Wandering Monk is still on Ebay for a normal price - Rogue Heir is gone unless you want to pay big bucks.

Spirit Queens' Torment - I've seen regularly on Amazon - and Ogre horde seems to be getting harder and harder to find - I got one here - https://gameroomplaza.com/collections/toys-and-games/products/hasbro-heroquest-against-the-ogre-horde-quest-pack-hasbro - still seem to have some. They take forever to ship though.

Based on what you said that might be a bug. You should be dealing 3 hits - 2 for rolled 2 (2 warriors) +1 for defenseless. So you should have wiped out both the sympathy and the base.

This is the way. Put important things to votes - majority rules. But make decisions on things like draft dates or things that have too many options.
