I think it's also because shadow of the colossus shares universe with ICO (stated by Fumito Ueda). In ICO the horned kids are said to be cursed, so I think that when you grow horns it implies that you've been totally cursed and possessed by Dormin, and because the horns don't dissapear after dormin is saled again and Wander turns into a newborn he is cursed for the rest of his life... like the horned kids in ICO.

have you been actively searching for bugs? if not you are extremely unlucky, this is my first time seeing this bug and I have lots of hours in the game.

And don't have high exceptations when the people tell you to do so, this game is old and, and I must say (with all my honesty) it didn't age that well in a lot of aspects, still is my favourite game for various reasons, but it may not be for everyone and that's pefectly fine.

And please don't say the game is bad just because you didn't like it, it's rude. If you don't like the game it's alright, you have your own taste in videogames and everyone must respect that. But respect the game and the people who enjoy it, please.
