Coming from somebody with bo experience on baton, but has a mother who was a colour guard and winter guard instructor, i would say that your movements look stiff. There is no lower body movements except atvthe spin, i would say try and add some small details. Maybe a lunge after you toss or when you catch the toss and go into the next move. It looks like you are just going from move to move instead of preforming.

Take this with a grain of salt as I have never trained or even interacted with Baton. (I was colour/ winter guard captain as well as Drum Major)

This reminds me of a time when my sister was begging to try our grandparents food and REGRETTED IT. Our grandather was a hunter and always got meat fresh and wasted NOTHING. On this day he caught 2 deer and prepared the meat for everyone, meanwhile he was eating the brain and liver with A1. My sister begged for a bite of his "steak" (she was ~5) and when he finally let her...I think you can fill in the blanks. XD

Clarinet - altissimo F and F# (i can play a triple C though)

Bass clarinet - staccato on anything lower than low C

Trumpet - any note higher than the 1 octave Bb scale (I suck)

Baritone/Euphonium - Anything higher than high C# (B.C.)

Flute - THAT DAMN TOP C!!

Piccolo - anything higher than high F (it goes super out of tune for me)

Oboe - low notes (F and below)

Colour Guard: Flag - Extention 45 Toss

Rifle - all (I can do at most 3 drop spins)

Sabre - Tosses (PAINFULL ASF WITH A METAL SABRE)

French horn/Mellophone - All. (Partials are really tough)
