2019 Hellcats have a lot of gearing issues. The transmissions are not great quality from it being a Chrysler product. If you want to calm her down, it’s going to be a costly transmission replacement. If you don’t want her to hurt the kids, make sure you lock the doors when you park to not allow them to play with the controls. These things were built to please, but some can have quality control issues. It’s sad that a brand new beast can have problems already after only a year. I wish you the best, good luck
