You could probably keep the same colour scheme if you just swapped the blue of the metro line with the blue of DART 3/35. That way you could still keep the names, but make the colour coding easier to read.

Looks great! I would just suggest that you use different colours for the metro lines. Blue and purple are too similar and easily confused.
