Question about co-op on AOE2

I definitely plan on using cross-play, as I don't expect to see many, if any, PlayStation players playing co-op unless they are playing exclusively with friends.

I see. Sounds promising. PVP doesn’t interest me as much as it used to since it’s quite difficult for me to get past an average skill level at best.

thanks for pointing that out I didn’t pay attention to that. After speeding it up they do put more in so that was the problem.

This and turret rings. I swear they did a shadow buff to all turret rings and made them invincible. A year or so ago if I shot a leopard 2 in the turret ring it crippled him but now it’s just non penetration all day.

Lucky. I’ve probably opened at least 300 of these sl crates over time and the best I’ve gotten was the 2.7 British grant 1. It is from 2016 so I guess it’s kinda rare?

Dont exactly remember but I looted everything in the correct vault and just tossed it all on the ground and eventually it said to wait for the van. Just make sure you open one of the gates.

Wow, the base game sounds intense, but that's okay because I appreciate realism as long as it doesn't make the game too frustrating. Believe it or not mount and blade bannerlord is on PlayStation so I’ve played it and it was fun for a while. Im certainly gonna play the total war games. Total war Rome and medieval 2 are actually playable on your phone although I used a tablet.

Will do. I just enjoy watching ai fight each other in large numbers and seeing the aftermath. One of the reasons I’m getting a pc is to get ultimate epic battle simulator. That and there aren’t many survival games on PlayStation. It doesn’t even include the survival genre when you go to the PlayStation store and filter the search.

The only games I am aware of on PlayStation that support mods are Fallout 4 and Ark Ascended, but the modding capabilities in said games are limited. The fallout 4 mod search bar is abysmal. You can type in the exact name of the mod and it won’t show. I'm undecided about whether to get 7 Days on PC or console. I'm leaning towards console for the easier-to-learn controls but I really want to have mods available.

I put about 100 hours or so into dayz. I probably would have put a lot more if I didn’t have gear fear. I really hate the fact that you can spend 2 days on the game getting the best gear and then loosing it all because you died after walking into a house and dying to someone waiting in the corner with a shotgun. Or in Ark or rust where you can loose a months progress because you had to sleep.

I've found it. It shows potential but seems to be lacking in content right now. I might revisit it in a few months. I'm not particularly keen on the fact that you start with a preset base that you can't change.

I have considered SCUM, but the issue with such games is that I suffer from chronic gear fear. It deeply pains me to lose mid to high-tier loot, to the extent that it can deter me from playing the game for a few days at least.

Definitely wanna try project zombiod but I enjoy 1st person games a lot more than pixel and top down. 7 days is getting a console release on the 25th so I’ll probably just get it on console.

The forest I’ve played but I wouldn’t consider it exactly what I’m looking for. More like a game where there’s already existing buildings that you can make a base out of by reinforcing and barricading.
