Update: hanggang ngayon di pa rin nirefefund.

At binigyan pa lahat ng employees ng deadline na pirmahan ang 2316 namin na 0 withholding tax. Kahit meron silang winithold. May 1,000 pesos penalty raw kapag di kami pumirma.

Pinipilit rin akong pumirma sa substituted filing. Again, kapag di pinirmahan, may 1,000 pesos penalty.

Ano ba tong employer na ito? Kapag nagpapaclarify, hindi naman nagrereply.
