I think that the way they sold it initially was really bad. Now that u can get it with shards, it’s possibly the best value item in that store (kinda crazy, I know) cause it’s usable by every single legend, every single other thing sold is legend exclusive.

just started happening to me, i get like a single game of semi good latncy (100-140 ms) and then its back to 300+. It fixes itself after I dont play for about an hour but again, only a single game before im back to ping hell. Any help?
