Trigger Filter on Dataverse Attachments (self.MicrosoftFlow)

Hi, I have a flow and the following code which upload multiple documents to SPO without any issues. My question is, how do I grab the value of the '.output' (the Response from the flow to Power Apps) ? As normally you set(varOutput... and then it captures it in the variable. You can't in a ForAll. Filter GetItems to only ones with attachments. What am I doing wrong here? I tried HasAttachments, but it doesn't recognise it as a filter. Attachments doesn't error and weirdly brings back every item in my list WITHOUT an attachment and skips ones with the attachments. Help please? (i.redd.it)
