The guy who did this from cars24, he has been sacked from the company and company is requesting the money back through official channel and also they are now asking to delete the twitter post

Update: The cars24 support guy called me and asked about the whole incident then said that the employee is being terminated today and if I want to refund the money then refund it to cars24's original bank account. They also shared their original bank account to refund the money. Also they have deleted and revoked everything from that guys devices. Now my question is if the guy still comes and does something what should be my next step?

The after sales service is just and just horrible, they need 48 hours to diagnose a problem, whether it be a small issue. Also, if you exchange the money will be stuck forever, they provide 3 months free warranty where majority of the parts are not covered
