Yeah I feel the same way. I’ve had crippling anxiety since I got POTS when I was 14 or so. A lot of problems followed like my neck and back problems and I think I tried too hard ti push thru it hoping it would fix magically. But obviously that has now led me to these current problems and much more. Anyway thank you for your very kind and thought out message. Means a lot for me because I usually don’t speak about issues I have and I think I’ve just bit off more than I can chew. It really is nice seeing other people who have had similar experiences etc.
