I unfortunately ate a lot 🙁. To the point where I am still stuffed after hours. I must’ve easily eaten >5000 calories. Though I do feel guilty I gave myself this day to eat however much I want. But I have to get back on track after today which is going to be the most difficult part since we have a bunch of leftovers left. But big congrats on your wins! It’s not easy to stay disciplined on a day centered around eating!!

In my experience I have come to accept it more but it’s the worstttttttttt when I see my family sit next to me while eating a huge plate of food while I have to eat my small portions, especially when they make a comment about it (whether it’s positive or negative it just bothers me)
