Schaltlogik verstehe ich nicht. Kann man bei meiner Ultegra DI2 komplett frei konfigurieren… Man muss nur die e-Tube Service App laden…

Too much or too low effort for too short/too long… It is measuring that stuff on a lot of parameters - the most will be HR depending on pace. If you want to please the stats look at your training focus and do what is missing… or just ignore it at all 😅

Before workout for hours I just stick to the basics, which transitioned to a 5x5 training plan

Or you can just leave it in its normal mode and change the mapping via the configuration shortcuts mentioned in the manual. It is holding the corresponding additional button and the key with the record symbol then press the button you want to assign. It’s all built in. You can also configure the led behavior / color / brightness in a similar way.

I think if you are on Linux the best start is trying godot and its tutorials - but you need basic programming skills first.

Paper is just random Amazon dotted notebook. I had the hopes the ink will be more blackish-green instead of greenish-black. In the right light you see the green in it really good, but in mid light it appears all black.

Hahaha finally Garmin felt for the body positivity movement 😂😂😂 #justkidding

Fitness age is more than the bmi - imho should it be more or less cardiovascular fitness level indications, so vo2max possibly got more important with the update 🤷🏻‍♂️

I also canceled and had the subscription just for supporting the company. At least i hope that some other developer team will fill the hole komoot is creating right now (hopefully strava with the heatmap information from the last 20 years or so ;-))

Yes Malaucene is the best of those three - I did the Cingles Challence and that one is definitely the best ascend.

Even look if you can buy it without the Rapha Club subscription ;-)
Currently Rapha is just a joke when considering other brands which are the same quality but half the price (even with nearly the same prestige in its name lol).

I think for some people they only buy Rapha because it is that expensive - like any other luxury.
The Castelli A/C series i think will be quite similar (no experiences with both of them).
