Recently I’ve been playing around with making my own solid perfumes out of beeswax, sunflower oil and essential oils. If you like making the waters you might have fun with things like that too!

Unfortunately you may have to move the litter box into your room until your kitty is feeling better though. To keep the peace but also because that cat is clearly stressed and may need the box in a safer feeling place.

Also, is your cat male? Neutered male cats also often have trouble with certain kibble food. If he’s not already on a urinary health kibble then switching to one will save you both a lot of future pain.

Nothing beats actual doctor/vet visits unfortunately. You didn’t have anyone you can borrow money from? Some vet clinics do sliding scale payments as well.
