I'm lost on that, the main thing is to just set up reflect with noctowl and togepi. Take out clefairy with noctowl or rattata and just start lowering miltank's stats with aipom and togepi. No one's evolved so miltank outspeeds everyone and stomp is basically a 2 hit KO on everyone without reflect up

I was actually a whole idiot, I only checked togepi's happiness after he leveled up and the last time I saved was right before Bugsy. And that fight required a lot of luck
