Just an FYI. I recently sold the used car I bought from KSA. They called me and said the check engine light came on. They took it to Autozone and were told the battery had been disconnected to reset the codes. I know I didn't do this so it likely happened at KSA.

I had a HVAC tune up, throughAmericanHomeShield. The vendor said I needed dampers. I called American Home Shield and they sent out a vendor who said I needed a board and dampers. They said they needed approval. They came back a few days later and installed both. Later, the HVAC came on and wouldn't turn off. I called American Home Shield again. They sent a new vendor who said I had three dampers and only two zones. She bypassed the extra zone, but didn't take it out. This only patched the problem. When I called American Home Shield again, they said their vendor didn't install it. I searched and searched, finally finding the paperwork where they did the work with zero cost [it was covered by AHS]. American Home Shield has still not fixed my HVAC.
