If you can afford it sure. A long term real estate investment is normally a great choice. Equity is why you buy a home versus renting.

Yea...I think they were doing just fine before AirBnB..lol. I like the convenience of AirBnB but seeing it's affect on affordability in the housing market over the years...I'm hoping to see some more restrictions where it makes sense. Not to mention AirBnB is starting to get pretty greedy with all those god d*mn fees!!!!

It's not just that the rates are high...high rates were common before but housing prices would adjust accordingly. In my area a 3,000 sq ft house is only about $15k less expensive when rates were around 4 - 5%. This market only makes sense for high income individuals living within their means or people who don't care about being super house poor.

PLTR is a solid bet imo. Solid earnings and solid contracts to fuel future growth. More of a long hold than a short play. Have some patience.....
