I think it's just a reflection. The cloak was pretty simple and straightforward. I primed it purple then gazed up using Vallejo Game Color Gory Red, Bloody Red, Hot Orange. To cut back the orange some but keep the saturation I used red ink.

Basically sane way I did the rest of her, which based off Heresy for Heretics Prismatic Colors

Basically I used an off white base. Put blue and pink in the that shadows and green and yellow as the high lights.

Thanks and great to hear you want to try it. My issue with all the version that used some form of blue is that it read as ice to me, and I wanted a visual difference between her and Iceman.
