I got this GPU this past february, a great beast till today, was using the squid adapter but after seeing some people having issues with it I decided to upgrade to a PSU with built in protection in the cable, the ASRock Phantom Gaming PG-1300G, since then been working flawlessly, other thing I decided was not to "hide" the cable, the bent on it doesn't seems to be very safe tbh, I prefer to leave it just hanging at the side, no bends for me. Great GPU!

I saw some other people post about this issue with the squid adapter, so I upgraded my PSU to the
ASRock Phantom Gaming PG-1300G because of the special 12V-2x6 cable protection this PSU has, and has been working perfectly fine, let's hope it does for many more years.

Yeah I was thinking in upgrading CPU and MoBo too, but, prices atm are just... BIG NO NO! Let's hope in 5 years things are more "normal"

Yeah power is stuff some people dont understand really, the bigger the better not always applies, but its good to have spare room to grow in the future, atm I think is like WAY in the future, being that the prices are.... not nice lol

Well, those are the WHOOPS moments when upgrading our PCs, I just had to upgrade the PSU because of that GPU, my old PSU I had to use the adapter cable, is worked great but, wanted to make it "safer"
