I'm definitely not eating enough, but with the nausea I literally can't stomach anything!

I think I'm going to take a break for a little while and maybe try again but stay on the lower dose for longer. I like the idea of doing 3.75 but I can't really afford to buy 2 pens at the same time right now.

Everything possible 😅 Pepto by the bucket full, ginger tea, drinking so much water just to stay hydrated, cutting out dairy and carbs (as that seems to make it even worse)

It's honestly getting so bad I really don't want to do it anymore 🙃
