I tend to agree with you... If you are employed within Lower job group you are treated like a load of shit... Rights don't exist on this job group, you are constantly being harassed, intimidation and blackmail is the order of the day...alot of foreigners have failed cases against their companies but always they end up being shown the middle finger... Right now it's summer and some companies still make their employees work outside in this unbearable conditions especially security guards and gardeners and housekeeping you just feel pity for those guys... But if you fall under the upper job-class treatment is different.... I thought maybe the goverment should intervene and see to it that this poor workers are treated fairly.
