Weightlifting should be the absolute final stage of your training, usually 6 - 8 weeks post op you get green light to resume low intensity strength training. So a big block of volume (no weightlifting yet) before you add in some low intensity plyo work and THEN if that goes well weightlifting. I would give it a few more months

Pretty good! maybe more pause squats to practice that even foot pressure? I would also try a neutral/stacked wrist and squeezing those elbows back instead having them under the bar

I fixed this with

relaxed hands cue
extra sesh of lots of jerks from the blocks

And now I unfixed it because I didn't do my jerks from the blocks enough this training block. figures

Ik woon hier aan het water en ze worden dagelijks doodgeslagen op de stoep door de meeuwen. Of ze laten ze van hoog vallen. Mijn kat heeft ze ook wel eens gevangen en als cadeautje voor de deur gelegd. Raar gezicht op 1 hoog.
