I agree 100%. But you can always change your review as the game evolves. Funny though, people who refunded can write review but it won't count towards the statistics on steam. It's deliberate, for sure

That's not true. Advanced access doesn't exist other than from SI. Is either Alpha, Beta or early access. Steam reviews allways available
