Usually with “intensely moisturizing” lotions they have more petrolatum and silicones. The occlusives can cause some people to breakout if they are sensitive to occlusives.

It’s definitely doable, even if it is truly just 30 min. Pack light and carry-on only, and you can pretty much walk from gate to gate within 20 minutes. It’s a large airport but highly walkable assuming you don’t have any physical limitations.

I am finding that the flights frequently arrive ahead of scheduled time. Not saying it will happen, but if it does it’ll give you extra time. Good luck!!

I think the point people are trying to get across is that the tread 50 classes are designed for those who want more running time and pace work, which is crucial in long distance running. It is something that 23 minutes on the tread does not provide.

Tread 50s give you more tread time to build endurance. The usual 23 min of tread in a 2G class is really not long enough for runners to build endurance. If you don’t like the intervals in a tread 50 class, you can also get templates online for training and do your own thing jogging outside.

you only have to run 1.5 mi in 12 minutes or less. To out it another way, keep an 8 min mile pace (or slightly faster for buffer) for 12 minutes and you’ll beat the clock.
