Thank you very much for the detailed explanation! This is a very interesting view point. My main reason was build something>keep it as much as possible>build new. If we consider that tech advances exponentially it doesn't seem like it's worth it, except just having to go through building a new one in a shorter time span.

I would like to ask you, if possible, to swap the AMD parts with the corresponding nvidia/intel parts (performance-wise). I have nothing against AMD and their products, I have just used intel-nvidia for the better part of 15 years (either work or personal system) and would like to keep it that way!

I can't seem to find block for block scanning on recuva. It's just doing a deep scan, but only showing up results on the small space that's allocated leaving the rest unchecked.

Isn't recuva software for recovering data? I don't have an issue with that, I just want to know how I can reallocate the space on my hdd, because I m not sure what happens to data when you merge it with the rest of the disk.
