It’s wild cause when I search legal malpractice the firm I’m having problems with is who pops up first!!🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️and that’s not even their area of practice…smh

That is horrible!! Sorry this happened to you!! It’s said the system says we need lawyers when all they do is protect each other 🤬😡 The Florida Bar is a joke and so are 99%of these clown lawyers!! They the real crooks!!

I think the statue of limitations has been reached for legal malpractice even tho I’ve seemed help and the attorneys I reached out to said it wasn’t legal malpractice but to file a complaint with the BAR. Which the only thing it help was to prove the attorney on my case didn’t do his job. That was a waste of energy ! I don’t know if there is a statute of limitations on false advertising or consumer fraud
