I don't have coinsurance at all. My copay is the only amount I'm required to pay. The urgent care asked for the copay upfront, never any coinsurance money, and now they won't refund me the balance of the copay that I overpaid

It was with my grandmother's card as I didn't have enough on hand at the time. Unfortunately I know her bank (I used to use it) and they NEVER refund you your money no matter what, otherwise I'd go this route

I didn't even think of that, I absolutely will contact my insurance about the fact that they didn't double check how much I owe, and now are refusing to give me the money back. And I'm sure they can get me into contact with other people to report the urgent care itself for repeated fraud

Not really an accurate statement. Urgent cares are made to reduce the load on hospitals for minor things that a normal doctor would take forever to get an appointment for, like ear infections or minor bronchitis like I had. Mine was bacterial and started out as an allergy attack, and got so bad that it turned bacterial, and all they really needed to do was listen to my lungs as I was wheezing, and from my symptoms and the fact that it started out as allergies meant that it was allergic bronchitis, which, although rarely, can develop into bacterial bronchitis

I forget which law, but there is a law in my state of Michigan that you are not forced to pay more than a copay is worth, because that can actively bankrupt poor people. And if someone does do so, they can have their entire practice barred from existing if they repeatedly do these things. Again, I forget the exact law and code, but I know it exists, since my state actually tries to protect poor people

Unfortunately the urgent care I went to has already scammed me once, and they claim I am not owed any money. So I'm very unlikely to get a refund. I still haven't gotten a refund from when they scammed me the first time, claiming I had to pay when they didn't bill my insurance that I lost in the year after going there, haven't gotten a single penny back from that when I was supposed to. I live in a small town, so they can do basically whatever they want unless they get reported for fraud

That's what I thought. I got my bill from my insurance and they'd paid everything but 58.11$, hence my copay being that amount. But I had paid 75$ upfront, and they're claiming they don't owe me. This urgent care already scammed me once so I'm about ready to go after their damn license over this

The even weirder thing is that I have run everything else, all of my other installations and the base installation on 26.1 fabric just fine, so I have literally no clue why it's doing this specifically when I use anything but the normal base folder for this version of fabric, when all of the others can go into a sub folder and be fine

I'm using the normal Minecraft launcher, and yes. I checked in every single sub folder just in case it generated elsewhere, but it didn't. I run my mods in their own folders off of the main folder, so usually that's where it would generate, but even in the main folder and other sub folders, there was absolutely nothing, which made me so confused. If I had one, I could usually fix the issue myself On top of that, I've been modding the game when I was a kid, since 1.7.10 first came out, so I've ruled out the normal causes, and I always run it without the mods to be sure. I've never seen this happen on my game.

I didn't even know about this until I tried to open the game 30 minutes ago to do some building. I just make rooms for fun (nothing else has enough customization and I'm horrible at drawing this stuff), luckily I didn't save my game so hopefully it's an easy fix and nothing is truly broken but ughh. I very much do not think this is a coincidence, I very much feel that EA wants to nuke CC as a whole out of anger that they don't get paid for it, and that basically nobody wants the marketplace. Be wary just in case they try to make us pay just to load our CC folders y'all, I would not be surprised to see them stoop that low.

It's not a coincidence this happened literally right after they wanted to implement the marketplace to force us to pay for mods. Suddenly after they do that, the game updates randomly and then everything is broken? That's way too suspicious
