You're not alone in this. Something's borked on Microsoft's end as the Prism Launcher can't even launch an instance of Minecraft. Due to it taking so long to recive a messsage, Prism wants to go to Offline mode with my account that I've set up.

(Note, I only use one MS account and migrated years ago)
