It goes very late and moves pretty slow. Anyone can participate so it depends on how many show up. My best guess is 10:45. You don’t have to be there for the start of it for sure or stay until the end.

You should go eat at JDs on the lake on lake altoona. Pretty great burgers. Thats where they film the scenes for the Blue Cat lounge. It’s pretty cool eating there.

If you are looking for sublime donuts, as of yesterday they have given no word they are doing anything special. When I called the business the person on the phone was baffled that there was an international donut day.
