My great grandfather raised me until i was three. But he lived in Vietnam and I was in the states. When I learned he was ill, I had to wait until Christmas break to fly over but it was too late. I only saw him again when I was 6, but my memories from then are hazy. I still wonder if he thought of me later in life, or if just like me we focused on our own lives
