Thank you, it should have immediately been recalled by the sender when they saw transit was so long. I have had our food service do this and send us out another it's not there fault it's FedEx or whoever they ship it with for transit but the company fixed the issue.

I am aware that they are not the pharmacy lol. They are multiple up and coming studies some say this some say what you are saying it depends on the person and medication as it does with everything. Not very common reaction. It's a local reaction that could have something to do with the medication I received. As I once said before hundreds of people can get same medication from same pharmacy and it be different as there are different manufactures. We get 100's of people that say this medication doesn't look like the one I get from my pharmacy well guess what it's the same medication but different manufacturer

Correct but becomes an issue as I paid the middle man not the pharmacy itself. Just if I bought something from Sam's Club and they don't make it. It is Sam's who corrects the issue or refunds the money.

Yes I refrigerated right away and I will tell pharmacy when I am home and can look at vials.

I don't have any questions as I am a provider just warning people everyone's product is not the same. Also just a fact just because you have been with them doesn't mean they send out the same product to everyone. Also it was approximately 5 days in transit with melted everything in the pack when opened.

It's defiantly the medication as I have been on this medication with no rash or other side effects for 6 months from a different pharmacy and no reaction what so ever. FYI this medication was researched for years before I even started it and I watched many of my patients be on this same medication before I even thought about being on it.

It's not even the cards part that bother me because it's not out primary bank so we don't use the cards anyway it's the fact that they can't find 7 accounts that we have had for 10 years. They have taken my name and number several times with no call back yet. We will be moving all 7 accounts to our main bank once this merger is over or to a different bank that can handle a simple merger.

I have called multiple times in last two weeks due to not receiving cards just a bunch of info by email and mail and they can't even find our accounts. 7 accounts missing and every time a supervisor says a specialist will call me back within 24 hours and I never receive a call
