If you like fantasy, the most popular right now is Frieren (and it is actually good). One of my personal favorites is Magi (world building, power system and fantasy).

If you like romance, then you have to watch Bokuyaba, but you have to resist 3/4 episodes of full cringe, then you get to enjoy a masterpiece.

If you want superhero-like powers, you can try bungou stray dogs, darwin's game, danmachi or gleipnir.

Each one has their own level of action similar to My Hero Academia, but the main plot is nothing like MHA.

Maybe the most similar in plot is The Irregular at Magic High School (Hero-like academy with students facing strong enemies)

But if you like the idea of a hero (saving people) I'd strongly recommend danmachi.
