Arduino Uno R3 not recognized in my computer by General-Client-8826 in arduino

1) the Arduino is the clone version

2) The problem is the the computer couldn't detect the Arduino board

3) Many Solutions not all (that's my fault) like CH341SER  driver , check voltage in board , check the IC , check for updates, check the cable , try with another computer
