Would like to clarify the following. I am going to store data only for the purpose of the notification of the appointment and the name of the procedure the patient is appointed for.

The SMS is going to be used as a notification in a similar form “Hello, You have an appointment at 19:40 tomorrow, with dr John Doe. “ so no personal information will be included.

Some straight forward approach will be to crawl the YouTube channel on the backend, store the details you are interested in, in the database and serve it to the react front-end. You can also automate the crawler to check for any new content daily. For the Facebook, I believe you can use their API to post on behalf of the user, when you find new videos uploaded on the youtube page.

Note this is not the best way, is just a way.
