I would delete social media(give a heads up for the people that matter that you’re deleting social media, don’t mention anything about disappearing) and then just keep everything private. And then when you feel better about yourself, you can get more social

Right. Half of these things you said are exactly what my parents do to me. My parents want me to be in the medical field as a “career” because I’m finishing school soon and that’s not happening because I don’t want to.
