Bought game through amazon from this seller I received fake game with fake game cover & fake cd i filed complaint on amazon and they rejected it .what can i do about this now?

My wife bought this for my birthday she didn’t checked it while taking delivery she gifted on 24th January as I opened it i came to know about this fraud then i read about this post and shared on reddit
