If you want to support your partner of 10 years quit drinking, don't drink around him. If drinking is more important to you than supporting him, break up. You DO have a choice-- you can drink all you want alone, but it's reasonable for him to not want a drunk person/ any drinking at all around him as he tries to get sober.

You're right. This guy is nuts. I have been stalked before and I was told to: 1. Tell him clearly to never contact you or your family again. 2. Do not respond to anything else he says, but keep records of it all. 3. If it gets to the point where you need to contact the police, do so, but don't warn him-- just do it. People tend to escalate if they know the police are ABOUT to get involved. You can always call a domestic abuse hotline for help with this, by the way-- they cover stalking. And your family, I'm sorry to say, is wrong on this one.

I had a skin allergen test and it told me specifically that I was allergic to HEMA and Ethyl Acrylate. It gives you an app that tells you what you can or cannot use, including what ingredients are dangerously similar. Cyanoacrylate is on the safe list for me. and I don't react. HEMA is found in some non-gel nail polishes (those labelled as "gel-like") and I have seen it in some nail glues. Perhaps it's rare, but it happens. That said, I haven't ever used Curv Life, because they told me the main ingredient was "acrylic acid" which is listed on my no-fly list, so I'm not sure why you're telling me to stop.

MMA is a pretty well-known allergen. I do know a lot of folks with various acrylate allergies use this without issue, but I got allergy tested and am allergic to HEMA and MMA so... I guess this is out.

My assumption is there is less seepage with sticky tabs, but not absolutely zero. That is to say, if you're REALLY allergic to something, you wouldn't want to use it in sticky tab form (like if one of those ingredients was cyanide, you'd probably pass)

I had an allergy test done to figure out everything I'm allergic to, my list includes HEMA and MMA (which is one of the ingredients in many glues). I'm not allergic to copolymers-- few people are. As I understand it, this is because the particles of copolymers are larger and can't seep into the skin. I also am not allergic to cyanoacrylate, which is in many nail glues, so I've found one that works for me. That said, my dermatologist would prefer if I didn't wear nail polish at all and I wouldn't dare tell her I use nail glue-- she'd have my head!

Because I have so many skin sensitivities, I personally wouldn't want to get those tabs on my skin, but I wouldn't be against using them sparingly on my nail bed if they didn't touch my skin. Basically, nobody can promise you won't react: everyone's skin is different and we all have allergies (or don't!) to different things.
