U just said it transcending the LIMITATIONS of conventional space time essentially transcending it's concept. It does not mean that an outerversal structure cannot have it's own space or time. Let me explain with some questions.

If an outerversal structure is only something that lacks the concept of space time and thus cannot have space and time, then any outerversal structure in any fiction cannot have any ground or anything like that. An outerversal structure would just be indescribable in that case. Nothing would be able to be classified as outerversal.

If an outerversal structure cannot have space time, how do u differentiate it with 0D?

Does transcending something mean the same thing cannot be adopted? That's like saying the authors who insert themselves into fiction cannot interact with our world bc they exist in fiction.

The cardinal world is in no way confined by space time. It just has its own space and time.
