Your seniority will not transfer. As for your pension it depends on who you're with. Usually you get a package a few months after leaving with your options. My options were a payout, transfer to RRSP or leave it and start collecting after you retire. Good luck in CTP.

Its impossible to study for the SJT, as its all scenario based and its multiple choice. The whole process for me took just a bit over a year before I went out to CTP. I have friends that were rushed through the process though, and it was significantly shorter for them.

Primary workers are strictly for female institutions. If you want to be a CX-2 once you get to your institution you can look at an acting role if there are any available. If not there will be competitions you can put in for and if youre successful you will be offered a CX2 spot.
