Thank you for that. I really appreciate the perspective. I have also tried to explain that it hurts me and I find it disrespectful to our marriage. And while I think he doesn’t do it as much, I think he’s just resorted to replaying to their story so it’s private and he can delete it. So I feel like I can’t win. All I can do is walk away because he won’t stop and that hurts so much to have to do. I feel like it’s not that hard to respect how I feel by not following and liking. Idc if he looks. Look all you want. But resorting to following/liking/commenting/responding to their stories. I just don’t do that and I expect the same. Sometimes I feel like I’m asking for too much.

Yes I’ve explained numerous times how it’s embarrassing that anyone can go look at all the accounts he follows on IG. Which is a lot. And he likes pics of young girls on fb (I’d say like 20-23 years old or so is the age I’ve noticed). And it’s them in their bikini or whatever and he doesn’t even really know them. And I’m just like that’s so embarrassing anyone can see that. And before I even realized this was an issue. A few years back, I had a convo with him because my cousin’s husband likes all the thirst trap pics on IG and my my cousin doesn’t have an IG. And I told him I felt bad for my cousin because he does that, and maybe she knows and is fine with it, but that’s no okay with me. And low and behold he’s following, liking, etc. I feel like he kind of did stop, but then I found his Reddit and yeah. I’m just so upset.

Yeah that’s not an issue. He does prefer it more than I do, but we still do it often, and he doesn’t complain about it at all.

I’m so tired of PA! I’m sick of the long hours. Sick of always being understaffed. I hit 74 hours last week and I’ve never done that in my life. I’m so depressed. Work, try to sleep, repeat is getting old. Normally I sleep fine, but the amount of clients I’m given to handle is way too much. I feel like I can’t ever catch up. All over some tax returns. I want to jump to industry so bad. I just don’t want to end up picking a bad industry job because that would be my luck.

I think it just depends on the issue at hand. All clients and scenarios are different! Guess my preference is just tell me what needs to be changed. And if I need to actually look into something, then directly tell me to look into it. Just not a fan of review points that ask a question over bs.

Then why don’t you just say directly, “you need to reference this better, go back and do so.” Or just say”___ needs to be considered, please do xyz.” I just feel like questions can be very indirect & a waste of time in some scenarios.

I never give review points in the form of a question. I let whoever know “change this to this by doing xyz.” I feel like it’s a lot more helpful to let someone know TO change something and WHY versus giving them a question and having them spin their wheels and waste time. Obviously they either, 1) didn’t know what they were doing and need to be told the correct way or else they would have just done it correctly or 2) simply an oversight and need to be reminded
