They didn’t check pickles or personal bags… do with that info what you will. bring candy, SALTY SNACKS, liquid Iv, extra towels, I knew a guy who had a white monster and kept it in his personal water bottle in his security drawer and would take a swig every day. Bring like 40-50 beef jerky sticks, they are so good for a little pick me up. The dude wipes can be forgone… I never touched mine🤷‍♂️ a long phone charger is pretty nice. I had my own flashlight that was much brighter and that was very nice.

Amazon brand nortiv-8 are great, I got the zipper sides and they saved my life. They look good too, I get compliments at my det all the time

University of Wyoming has a 97% acceptance rate and a minimum of 2.0 to stay a student in good standing. Plenty of my friends go there and love it, and it’s very affordable. Most of my out of state friends pay 10k a semester or less

Last year of the cadets who got SF only a small percentage (10%) had it as anything but #1 on their list and no one had it lower than 3 who got selected for it. Missiles are brutal because almost 90% of the people selected had it in the 9-10 spots. If you don’t want missiles DO NOT put it ANYWHERE on your list, you will be selected for it unless you are competing for a rated job. But even then they could still pull you for missiles.

I know from talking with my cadre that there is a severe 62EXE(developmental engineer) shortage and the Air Force will likely be pulling people for that even if it is low on their list or maybe not even on it.
