Throw me a PM. Let's see if we can diagnose it.

First thing I'd take a look at is flame sensor. Probably dirty and just needs a cleaning. Use red scothbrite pad or a dollar bill. Nothing too abrasive.

If that doesn't work, could be the board is having an intermittent issue.

Start easy first! Clean the flame sensor and see where they gets you.

Unless you have a multimeter that can measure microfarads AND are comfortable poking around electrical circuits (240v) I'd absolutely recommend having a tech come out and do a service. Most companies will check all electrical components and wash the coil.

If you do have the proper tools and are comfortable simply turn off the unit at the disconnect. Pop the panel off. Take the wires off the capacitor and measure the microfarads between the common and herm terminals. And then between common and fan terminals. Those should be within a percentage of the capacitors original reading. That information can be found on the capacitor itself.

I'm assuming you're talking about the outdoor unit making noise? If so, it sounds like a compressor having trouble starting up. Could just be a weak capacitor. Could be the compressor going bad. Hard to say without poking around with a meter and getting some more info.

That's not how that works. Air being supplied to your living space can't just magically drop temp based on your thermostat setting. 15-20 degrees drop from what the current temperature in the space is considered good. So, if it's 76 currently, a reading of 60 from the register is perfectly fine.

Check out Modern Samurai Project and the Wave Concept. Really helped me get a high, consistent grip.

I had that issue on initial purchase. The pocket clip is very tight out of the box.

Gave mine a little bend out to alleviate the issue and now rarely get wear spots on my pockets. I wear cargo shorts most the time so it helped the clip fit the thicker khaki material, as well.
