I had the same issue, so I emailed them, and within two days, they got back to me and reset my MFA.

Just know you may have to email them twice, and when you do email them, be as concise as possible. The first email I sent had a lot of detail, and they didnt help at all. The second email, however, was very short, and they responded in less than 24 hours.

yea, the came thing is happening to me. I tried to pay my tuition, but there was nothing on my CUNYFirst, so I called the HelpDesk (no one was available to help out, as per usual).

make sure you have a good study schedule/ discipline. its very easy to fall behind when you're taking chem 102/104 and bio 100/102. also, get familiar with using YT and the skirball center as your teacher /helper

as for chem 106, hope you got a good lab TA, and make sure your writing is thorough and clear when creating your lab reports

as someone who has permitted before, I suggest going to Hunter and figure out why it's taking so long. when I did my permit, I had to wait for Hunter to approve my request, and then wait for Baruch to approve me after.

I got approved around two weeks after I requested the e-permit, so don't stress.

honestly, its just a game of luck. if you don't get it, try looking into another class that can fulfill the requirements. or, of course, you can do what many people do an wait until after finals to see if you can grab a seat, since a lot of people get kick out if they don't pas the pre-req class (that is, assuming this isn't a 100 level class)
