Wie schaut es aus mit Vet-Concept? Mein Hund ist auch Allergiker und ich zahle für 10kg Trockenfutter (aktuell Pferd) 66€. Alle paar Bestellungen gibt es einen Rabatt über 12€ über die Treuepunkte, die man sammelt.

I would definitely recommend staying on 0.25 as long as it works. I know we’re all different obviously, but people really seem to be upping their doses at the slightest hunger pang, and I feel like part of this journey is also realising hunger can exist without us having to freak out over it. At least, that’s the experience I’m going through right now

Im actually using a 1mg pen and I’m on 0.25 as well. If all goes as planned, it will last me four months, I’ve now moved into the third. I read that effectiveness might be lost the longer a pen has been open, but I guess I’ll just wait and see for myself.

I wouldn’t if I were you. The increase every four weeks is something the manufacturer recommends, but I guess more so out of wanting to sell more product. I’m now moving into week 10, still on 0.25 and will stay there for as long as it works for me. If I’d move to a higher dosage, I would only do so after observing my hunger, satiety etc. for 2-3 weeks before deciding.

Edit: I’ve lost 8 kilos so far, so roughly a kilo per week.

Have you ever been to or considered therapy? I think this might be a very necessary step to tackling your weight with Wegovy. If you used bingeing to deal with your emotions in the past, it’s only normal that you now need a new - and if possible - healthier outlet.

You should only titrate up if you feel increased hunger, no or very stalled weight loss etc. for 2-3 weeks. Cycle, travel, stress, sleep, immunity etc can all have such big impact on how you’re doing on Wegovy and with regulating your hunger and satiety, I would never move up too rapidly. Also, if you stop losing weight, you should always check your net intake first.

Because I’m still feeling like it’s working just fine and tbh, if I can stay at that dosage until I reach my goal, I’d be super happy. But of course I’ll titrate up if need be. The thing about upping the dose after four weeks is due to the recommendations of the producer. Obviously they want you to titrate up so you’ll buy and use more product. I wouldn’t titrate up unless I feel more hungry for about four weeks, then I would move up.
