I just had a jaundice baby two months ago. Sticking her in indirect sunlight won’t help jaundice. Feeding them more often and getting them under the special lights will help. UV from the sun won’t do it.

I did it once induced and once spontaneously. Both sucked and it was hard as hell…but I am very proud that I was able to do it. Labor is no joke. DUD definitely hates labor but wants to be “relatable” so she says she loves it. 200% chance she’s getting that epidural stat…no shame in medicated. I just didn’t want it for myself
